Dr. Eugenia Osei-Wusu

Dr. Eugenia Osei-Wusu, Pharm.D., MPH, is the proprietor and lead pharmacist at Alamo Ranch Pharmacy & Wellness. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of the Incarnate Word in 2012 and subsequently obtained a Master of Public Health degree with a focus on Community Health from Capella University.

With over a decade of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Dr. Osei-Wusu has cultivated expertise in both retail and hospital pharmacy settings. In 2018, she founded Alamo Ranch Pharmacy, leveraging her diverse background to establish a community-focused healthcare enterprise.

Dr. Osei-Wusu’s professional accomplishments are complemented by her commitment to community service. She currently serves on the board of directors for St. Luke’s Lutheran Health Ministries, Inc., contributing her healthcare expertise to the organization’s mission.

An advocate for cultural diversity and global awareness, Dr. Osei-Wusu has resided on three continents and visited more than 20 countries. This international perspective enriches her approach to patient care and community engagement.

Dr. Osei-Wusu maintains a balanced lifestyle, dedicating her personal time to family, fitness, and community involvement. She is actively engaged in her daughters’ school activities and enjoys exploring the Alamo Ranch community.

Yolanda Briones

Yolanda Briones has been a pillar in the pharmacy industry for five decades, embarking on her journey as a pharmacy technician at just 16 years old. Her 50-year career is a testament to her unwavering passion and dedication to healthcare.

Vanessa Delgado

Vanessa Delgado is a recent high school graduate who obtained her pharmacy technician license in August 2023. 

She began her career at Alamo Ranch Pharmacy in January 2023, quickly progressing from an unlicensed to a licensed technician within eight months.

Vanessa Rangel

Professional Background

Vanessa Rangel is a recently certified pharmacy technician who completed her studies at PIMA Medical Institute. After finishing her externship, she earned her certification and joined Dr. Eugenia’s team, where she continues to grow under valuable mentorship. Despite being new to the field, Vanessa demonstrates a strong commitment to her role and a keen interest in pharmacology, particularly in understanding medications and their effects on the human body.

Personal Life and Interests

As a dedicated mother of two teenagers, Vanessa finds inspiration in her children: Mia, attending the University of the Incarnate Word, and Noa, soon to be a high school sophomore. Balancing her professional life with motherhood, Vanessa exemplifies dedication in both spheres.

In addition to her work as a pharmacy technician, Vanessa is a certified personal trainer. This dual expertise in pharmaceuticals and physical fitness gives her a unique perspective on overall health and well-being.

Alicia Acuna-Berry

Professional Background

Alicia Acuna-Berry is a Texas native and highly experienced certified pharmacy technician with more than 20 years of distinguished service in the United States Air Force. Throughout her military career, she developed extensive expertise in pharmacy operations, patient care coordination, and healthcare logistics while serving at multiple major medical facilities including Vance AFB Pharmacy, Joint Base Langley-Eustis Hospital, Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, Peterson AFB Pharmacy, and Lackland AFB Pharmacy.

Her time in the Air Force allowed her to build a strong foundation in leadership, operational management, and clinical support in fast-paced healthcare environments. Alicia is known for her attention to detail, organizational excellence, and commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

After retiring from military service, Alicia brought her experience and leadership skills to Dr. Eugenia’s team, where she now serves as Pharmacy Operations Manager. In this role, she oversees daily pharmacy operations, workflow coordination, team support, and quality assurance. Alicia’s goal is to ensure the pharmacy runs efficiently while maintaining exceptional patient service and operational excellence.

Personal Life & Interests

Outside of her professional role, Alicia is a devoted wife and mother who values family time and meaningful connections. She enjoys spending quality time with her children, nieces, and nephew, and places strong importance on maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Alicia is passionate about creating structure and organization in both her personal and professional life. Her interest in helping others achieve clarity and efficiency extends beyond the workplace and reflects her dedication to continuous growth and improvement.

Hobbies & Leisure Activities

Alicia enjoys staying active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She particularly enjoys swimming and hiking, which allow her to unwind while staying physically active. These activities also reflect her appreciation for nature and her commitment to wellness.

In addition, Alicia has developed a strong interest in professional organizing and systems development. She is actively pursuing certification as a Nationally Certified Professional Organizer, further demonstrating her passion for structure, efficiency, and helping others create organized environments.
